Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your pieces. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

• Hygiene liners must be intact.

Final sale

For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, bralettes, lingerie, shapewear and hosiery are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

How to start a return

Email hello@femmefree.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
